Provision a tenancy (Management Portal)
Platform administrators create tenancies, set their plan and limits, and licence the features each one can use.
Choose which tenancy to enter
If you belong to more than one tenancy, pick the one you want to work in. You can switch at any time.
Create a community
Communities are groups inside your tenancy. Your plan sets how many you can have.
Roles and permissions
Roles decide what people can do. Admin, Manager, Coordinator and Read only come ready-made, and you can edit them or add your own.
Switch features on and off
Chat, events, calendar feeds, posts and comments work at tenancy level and community level. A community can only use what is on for its tenancy.
Create a custom field
Add your own questions to members, sign-up, membership tiers, subscriptions and communities. Each tenancy has its own fields.
Customise your sign-up page
Every tenancy has a public page where people join. Change its words, colour and whether sign-up is open.
Join a community from its page
New members create their account from their community's own page.
Find and manage members
The Members page lists everyone in your tenancy. Search them, filter by any field, and see them as a table, a board or cards.
Board, card views and saved views
Switch layouts, drag people between columns, act on many at once, export, and save your favourite set-ups.
Search everything
One search box finds people, communities, roles, custom fields, help articles and pages. It only shows what your role lets you see.
Community settings: who can join and which modules
Each community chooses how people join and which modules it uses.
Use the member portal
If you are an ordinary member of a tenancy, your home page is a portal showing your communities and ones you can join.
Create a membership tier
Membership belongs to the tenancy. Tiers decide what members get and what it costs, and each picks its own features and communities.
Join, pause or cancel a membership
Members manage their own memberships from the Membership page.
Create an API key
API keys let other systems read your tenancy's data.
Set up a webhook
Webhooks send a signed message to your system when something happens.
Download the OpenAPI specification
